When I am angry, I tend to.....
When I get angry, I tend to listen music because it calms me down. I do my best to try to find songs that relates the feelings and emotions that I'm having at the time this way I feels like I'm expressing myself. Also, sometimes it helps me recognize that I'm not the only once going through what I may be going through at the time.
